Exness is a successful fintech organization, one of the leaders of the global CFD brokerage industry. We are now in a phase of expansion and continuously developing our Payments function as well, aligned with such tremendous plans we are looking for a Payments Reconciliation Manager that will join our awesome team in sunny Cyprus.

Payment reconciliation manager has to lead payment reconciliation methodology through end2end payment operations and automate the reconciliation process, while also act as a major stakeholder for the payment reconciliation across the company. 

A successful candidate for this position has to understand end2end payment reconciliation as well as financial (accounting) control issues, possible to create from zero automation of reconciliation process, work well with huge numbers of transactions, collect money related information, able to guide a reconciliation operational team which work with a different type of PSP around the world and manage unreconciled data operationally.

You’ll be responsible for: 

  • Managing reconciliation team for performing tasks in a timely manner;

  • Assisting in project execution and completions of the company;

  • Describe, formalize and update payment reconciliation methodology; 

  • Describe, formalize and update payment reconciliation control procedures;

  • Providing payment data reconciliation across Company and its Clients and Providers;

  • Perform various daily/weekly/monthly reports, related to reconciliation results;

  • Work closely with Finance to provide reconciliation results for accounting; 

  • Having an input in development of underlying processes, reports and systems to facilitate ongoing improvement in efficiency and quality of reconciliations processes;

  • Active participation in the payment reconciliation automation project. 

The Successful Applicant has: 

  • General knowledge of Ledger, Accounting and Audit background; 

  • Extensive experience in reconciliation in the payment, gambling, betting industries; 

  • Proven analytical skills and quantitative skills with demonstrated ability to manage the business ‘by the numbers’ ;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills that will facilitate a smooth transfer of information between other managers and employees; 

  • Relationship building & Time management; 

  • Organizational skills/Multi-tasking ability; 

  • Adaptability to a fast paced environment; 

  • Detail-oriented; 

  • Fluent in English, Russian will be considered an advantage
