Key Responsibilities:

• Mobile and laptop repairs at Hardware and Software level
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services that fit their needs
• Manage customer products depending the need (DOA, under warranty, etc.)
• Communication with cooperating companies for technical issues
• Support in technical issues and procedures of the store

The ideal candidate should have:

• Customer service orientation
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for technology
• Focus on achieving high-demanding results
• Team spirit
• Learning agility

Additionally

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT/ Technical or equivalent field
• Work experience in a technician role
• Ability to diagnose and resolve failures of mobile phones, tablets and laptops as well as Android / iOS software
