OROPAY is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Country Manager to join our team.  The Country Manager will be reporting directly to the Deputy CEO and will be responsible for Spain.   

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall operation and management of the office ensuring the Company’s goals and objectives are met

• Ensure that individual, country and employee targets are measured and achieved on a quarterly and annual basis

• Oversee logistics, develop new business and ensure profitability of the Office

• Agreeing annual revenue budget and monitoring on a quarterly basis

• Produce business performance reports

• Communicate and promote the Company’s services using all marketing tools necessary

• Assist in the overall marketing strategy and liaise with the marketing department to align these to the regions demographics

• Network effectively with local clients and develop strong professional relationships

• Present and promote to clients the Company’s services

• Ensure all deadlines are met and budgets are maintained

• Monitor Business Development Managers performance and provide guidance where necessary

Requirements

• University Degree in Business or Finance

• 5+ years of work experience in a similar position

• Significant experience in the finance and business fields strongly preferred

• Strong people management and leadership skills

• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

• A natural leader who inspires and motivates those around them

• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Ability to travel
