Corporate Administrator

Type: Full time

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the departments in the upcoming overhaul of the company’s corporate and legal record keeping database, working towards the implementation and maintenance of a new document management system;
  • Create, maintain and update relevant records and documentation of the corporate and legal management platform, ensuring conformity and accuracy in document filing systems and management;
  • Assist with the day to day operations of the corporate and legal departments; 
  • Assist with the administration of Cyprus and foreign jurisdiction companies, including the preparation and submission of the relevant applications and supporting documentation;
  • Prepare, execute and process documents such as board resolutions, agreements, power of attorney and annual returns; 
  • Ensure that all the necessary changes that need to be made with the applicable corporate authorities and/or agents are made on time, and that all certificates and KYC information are updated and kept in file;
  • Undertake general administrative tasks within the corporate and legal departments;
  • Assist with client due diligence and KYC procedures for corporate clients and individuals;
  • Maintain and update all relevant records of both corporate and natural individuals in the corporate software system, including all agreements and other documentation;
  • Liaise with external partners, agents, registrars, directors and clients, both in Cyprus and abroad, with a professional demeanor and etiquette; 

Main Qualifications: 

  • Experience - at least 1 (one) year in the corporate/legal sector with administrative or corporate service providers or a Law Firm or any other company;
  • A university degree with additional secretarial qualifications or legal studies will be considered an advantage;
  • Fluency in Greek and excellent written and oral communication skills in English with a professional and courteous demeanor;
  • Excellent attention to detail and proactive approach;
  • The ability to take initiative and work independently to refine and improve functions, methods and processes;
  • Ability to work under pressure and to understand and execute instructions from the managerial and head staff;
  • Applied experience and knowledge in the use and management of corporate software solutions and document management platforms;
  • Applied experience in the use of Microsoft office programs;
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written;
  • Highly organized individual who is willing to multitask and work in a challenging work environment;
  • Pleasant personality, patient and willing to learn;
  • Maintain confidentiality in the workplace and protection of sensitive information is a priority;
  • Familiar with the corporate environment and ability to maintain excellent professional relationships with the departments of the Company.
