We are now expanding to Cyprus and we are looking to recruit for the Offices in Limassol an experienced Senior Training Officer.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the departments and the individual by taking feedback from Group HR Director
• Give assistance to Senior HR Officer in regards to any ad hoc HR related projects 
• Develop with the assistance of HR Officer individual learning and development plans for all PM employees 
• Produce training materials for in-house training courses create and/or deliver training courses either online or classroom 
• Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals and case studies of other online and gaming companies
• Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research to the Group HR Director
• Build training programmes from scratch (from the initial idea coming from the Group HR Director; through planning, implementation, review and outcomes analysis) and delegate work to HR Officer
• Work with Group HR Director to develop a Training Strategy for HQ and other regions
• Evaluate training and development programs and analyze their feedback plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development programs
• Revise and upgrade our current Induction Programs

Qualifications: 

• University Degree in Work Psychology and/or Human Resource Management
• Psychometric Testing Certification will be considered an advantage 
•  2-3 years of past experience in similar position
• Fluent in Greek and English. Russian language will be considered an advantage
