Corporate Administrator, Nicosia – CA/01/21

Our client, a well established corporate and legal services company is looking for an experienced Corporate Administrator to join their team in Nicosia


  • Handling of the formation and registration of companies (mainly based in Cyprus);
  • Preparation and filings of documents with the Registrar of Companies;
  • Drawing up / Preparation of corporate documents and maintaining the secretarial files and statutory records of companies;
  • Drawing up / Preparation of AGMs / EGMs and corresponding submissions of HE32(I) forms to the Registrar of Companies;
  • Provision of administrative support;
  • Handling of KYC / Due Diligence documentation;
  • Arranging for the execution of documents and their certification;
  • Undertaking of general company administration tasks, including the corporate management system of the firm and filing.
  • Reporting to the responsible Manager and the management of the firm.


Persons’ requirements

  • At least 5 of solid hands on working experience in corporate administration;
  • Degree or Diploma in Law or related field will be considered as an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Legal requirements for a Cyprus company;
  • Good knowledge of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies procedures;
  • Good knowledge and use of Quorum including data input and generating of templates/documents;
  • Experience in using the Cyprus Registrar on-line filing system;
  • Attention to detail and result oriented;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Very good interpersonal skills, time management and organisational skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office applications;
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek languages
