The Client
On behalf of our client, a credit acquiring company in Nicosia, we are currently seeking to recruit an Operating Analyst.

The Position
The Company is looking for an Operating Analyst for the Monitoring and Reporting Department, who will be responsible for handling the activities of the Department and will contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the department thus achieving the expected results.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Data and process analysis, mainly for the production of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and pricing

• Identifying business needs and proposing solutions

• Design and create reports through data visualization / business intelligence tools  

• Identification, analysis and interpretation of trends and patterns in data sets

• Preparation of material for reports and presentations

• Reconciliation and validity check of the data

Skills/ Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in  Data Analysis, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics or any other related field

• Excellent problem solving, analytic capabilities and business acumen

• Strong analytical,  organizational and critical thinking skills

• Ability to meet and establish deadlines

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team work skills, both written and verbal

• Fluency in English and Greek

• Proven working experience as Data Analyst or in a similar position

• Banking experience and/or understanding of the functions of the Loan Arrears sector will be considered as an advantage

• Experience with the data visualization/business intelligence tools (Power BI, Oracle BI) will be considered as an advantage

Location
The position is for the Client's offices in Nicosia.
