OROPAY is growing and seeking to hire an experienced HR Administrator to join our team.  The HR Administrator will report to Head of People Operations. 

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain personnel records

  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)

  • Prepare HR documents i.e. employment contracts

  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics 

  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues

  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms

  • Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)

  •  Provide administrative support for the development, implementation and communication for all HR and operational procedures

  • Assist on the recruitment process 

  • Advertise vacancies in job portals and Social Media 

  • Onboarding and Adaptation for new employees

  • Attend internal meetings, maintain MoMs and follow up with action items

Requirements

  • University Degree in Business or Human Resources

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator

  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)

  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
