✔️ Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails

✔️ Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers

✔️ Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints

✔️ Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions

✔️ Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers.

✅ Requirements:

✔️ Excellent written and verbal German and English skills

✔️ Analytical skills

✔️ Ability to work in multitasking environment

✔️ Experience working with customer support would be a plus.
