Main Responsibilities:

• Applying preventive measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems
• Eliminate potential security threats
• Examine buildings, equipment, and systems for any problems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures.
• Manage heating and plumbing systems to ensure their functionality.
• Plan and schedule renovations.
• Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure that everything is up to standards.
• Perform general maintenance tasks
• Elimination of minor problems, replacement of burnt out light bulbs, etc.

Requirements:

• Work experience in a similar position 3+ years
• Proficiency in Greek and English
• Advanced knowledge of standard practices, materials, tools utilized in the area of assigned work
• Considerable knowledge of at least one specialized trade – carpentry, plumbing, electrical
• Considerable knowledge of work hazards and applicable safety precautions associated with
  assigned area of work
• Considerable knowledge of building maintenance
• Ability to understand and follow oral instructions
• Ability to read and interpret documents and construction drawings.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, coworkers
