The Product Marketing Manager will play a leading role in the growth of The Mighty Kitchen.

We’re looking for someone who is ready to jump in at the deep end and help us grow our marketing operations. A doer and a solution seeker, an innovator and a pragmatist. You will be responsible for moulding and executing strategy across channels in order to meet company targets.

The Product Marketing Manager will be involved across the board and work closely with all teams internally. You will need to adapt frequently and be able to constantly iterate towards more effective solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Identify opportunities and create strategies for new product and market entries
  • Communicate and direct actions with internal and external sales teams 
  • Own the execution of marketing campaigns, driving maximum ROI across online and offline channels, including email, search, paid social
  • Lead our SEO strategy to increase quality organic traffic to our website 
  • Identify and screen potential clients for BI and senior marketing to close deals
  • Work with brand and design teams to develop messaging and creative to be used across our online and offline channels
  • Work with the product team to identify and evaluate product adjustments and new product offerings 
  • Research, develop and trial new pricing strategies and sales channels
  • Build brand identity online and create structure across channels
  • Lead analysis and reporting efforts of our marketing metrics and be responsible for weekly and monthly reporting to the rest of the team

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3-years experience in a comparable marketing-oriented role
  • Experience working across a broad range of online and offline acquisition channels including SEM, SEO and paid social
  • Experience with growth strategies and knowledge of marketing automation techniques
  • Highly analytical with a proven ability to work with data to find areas of improvement across the board
  • FMCG experience is a plus
  • Experience selling physical products via online and offline channels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, as well as the ability to interact and collaborate successfully with all team members
