Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Business Law (Private/Public)

The Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM), an innovative international business school, based in Cyprus with campuses in Nicosia & Limassol, invites applications for the following faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank in the field of:

Business Law (Private/Public)

The School: Established in 1990 as a Centre of Excellence in management education and research, CIIM offers MBA and MSc’s in Financial Law & International Taxation, Educational Leadership, Business Management, Data Analytics, Financial Services, HRM & OB, Education Leadership and plans to offer LLB in the near future. With an international faculty of experienced academics, CIIM programs empower its graduates with knowledge and skills to succeed in a fast changing world.  Academic standards are international and instruction is in English.

Responsibilities: a) Teach courses in Law, Business Law, Financial Law, and related subjects at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels; b) Initiate, undertake & supervise research and publish in refereed journals; c) Direct academic departments, programs or projects.   

Qualifications: Applicants should hold a Ph.D. from an accredited European or North American university with specialization in Business Law (Private/ Public), or Economic Public Law, EU Economic Law, Financial Law, or Corporate Law.  Strong research and teaching track record is required.  Excellent English language and communication skills are essential.

Compensation: Internationally competitive, depending on appointment status, professorial rank, qualifications and experience.
