Advance Career, on behalf of our client, an IT Solutions Provider company located in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Customer & Project Support Officer;

Responsibilities:

  • Receive calls and record details of all customer requests, inquiries, comments, and complaints.
  • Utilize information systems to record and handle customer support requests according to priority and SLA (Service Level Agreement), maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.
  • Ensure that established customer service levels are maintained.
  • Generate reports of SLA Cases to Supervisor.
  • Maintain working knowledge of all company products and services.
  • Assist in the planning, monitoring, controlling and administration of projects.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, Management, Information Technology or related field.
  • 1-2 years working experience in customer service/support is required.
  • Prior experience in project management will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
  • Fluent in Greek and English language is required.
