Career Opportunity

We seek to recruit an enthusiastic, hard-working, and ambitious professional to join our Nicosia office as a Regional Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design the firm’s marketing plan, which includes marketing, social media and networking activities.
• Plan, coordinate and execute the activities of marketing plan.
• Ensure the ongoing development of the online presence of the firm (incl. corporate websites and the firm’s profiles on social media).
• Writing and producing marketing material (brochures, posters, flyers etc)
• Maintain the department's budget and ensures all marketing activities are cost-effective.
• Ensure the frequent and targeted presence of the firm in hard copy and online press.
• Responsible for the drafting and publishing of press releases.
• Identify and suggest corporate and promotional gifts.
• Coordinate with other departments for the planning and implementation of marketing activities, as well as ensuring that all deliverables are in line with brand guidelines.
• PR and corporate communications.
• Responsible for the CSR activities of the firm.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is considered an advantage.
• At least 7 years of related experience.
• Experience in financial services firms is considered an advantage.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
• Planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Computer literacy, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Suite Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
