NPA Accounting Services Ltd, with its offices in the heart of Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Junior Complaints Handling Officer to join its expanding team within the Forex and/or Financial Services industry.
Key Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling, investigating and resolving customers’ complaints within given timeframes
- Managing complaints in accordance with regulatory guidelines and Complaints Handling Policies on behalf of our Clients who are mainly Forex Companies.
- Response to internal Compliance enquiries.
- Consideration, evaluation and prompt consulting regarding Clients’ queries.
- Preparation/drafting of legal documents.
- Interface with regulators, examiners and outside legal counsel, as needed.
- Interface with Clients’ legal representatives for complaints purposes.
Key Skills/ Experience:
- University degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Risk Management, Law or a related field will be considered an advantage.
- Any previous relevant experience – although not required - will be considered as an advantage.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Professionalism, work ethic, self-motivated, ability to take initiative, team player.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Employment conditions:
- Position type: Permanent
- Full Time -Workings Hours: 09:00- 18:00 (Monday-Friday)
- Full training will be provided
