Our Risk Advisory Services Department is expanding and we are seeking to recruit a dynamic and high calibre professional to join us at the level of Senior Manager, in our Nicosia Office.

The Role

The successful candidate will be actively involved in a variety of projects with primary focus on compliance matters and Anti Money Laundering advisory work

As part of this mandate, the successful candidate will be involved in drafting articles/ papers to be published by Deloitte; engagement in Business Development initiatives; development to deliver seminars and workshops to clients on technical matters (e.g. regulations, legislation, practical implications).

In this role, the successful candidate will be expected to develop high-performing people and teams, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements

• Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degree from a reputable University in Economics, Mathematics, Law, Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant professional experience in the Financial Services sector with emphasis on compliance matters and specifically Anti Money Laundering regulations, FATF guidance
• Experience with IT Systems design and implementation for Risk Based approach assessments will be considered an advantage
• Holder of ACAMS qualification would be considered an advantage
• Possession of a relevant professional qualification will be considered an advantage
• Excellent report writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
• Strong multitasking, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
