        M.S Networx Solutions LTD is looking for an IT Support Technician / Junior Network engineer to assist in the company’s day to day support for its customers.

Duties and responsibilities include:

1)      Troubleshooting of customers Computer hardware, Software and Networking problems

2)      Installation of Computers, Servers, Routers, Network printers ,switches and peripherals

3)      On site and remote support of customers

4)      Installation and configuration of computer and server operating systems

5)      Installation and configuration of VOIP equipment

6)      Must be able to travel in Cyprus major cities

7)      Must be a team player and a fast learner

Job Requirements

1)      Knowledge  in installing and repairing Computer hardware, software and peripherals

2)      Knowledge of Windows Operating systems such as Windows 7, XP, Windows server 2008

3)      Knowledge of TCP/IP, basic routing and network equipment such as printers, switches, routers etc.

4)      Knowledge of server hardware and operating systems

5)      Knowledge of MS Office products such as Microsoft Outlook

6)      Basic knowledge of structure cabling patch panels, RJ45 sockets etc.

7)      Basic Knowledge of Domains, Active Directory, Office 365
