Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Construction Company located in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor;

Responsibilities:

• Preparing reports, analyses, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents
• Reviewing construction plans, preparing and checking quantity and budget requirements
• Scrutinizing material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals
• Liaising with general contractor, external QS, site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Track changes in plans or constructions; update budgets
• Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
• Monitor and control costs throughout the project

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying
• Member of ETEK
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven Quantity Surveyor experience
• Fluent in Greek and English is required,
• Knowledge of the Russian language would be an advantage
• Attention to detail and methodical thinking
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
