EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR – NICOSIA

On behalf of our client, an Investment Company based in Nicosia, we seek to recruit a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of Executive Administrator.

THE POSITION

The Executive Administrator will be responsible for providing office and administrative support, coordinating office procedures and oversee the daily administrative operations of the Company. More specifically, the responsibilities of the successful candidate will be the following, amongst other:

  • Undertake a variety of administrative duties such as answering telephone calls, maintaining the office calendar by arranging and recording appointments and taking telephone messages
  • Set up, maintain and improve effective administrative processes and procedures 
  • Organise and maintain/update correspondence, documents and computer based information, in an orderly way
  • Liaise with clients, colleagues and other individuals to answer questions or explain information and receive requests
  • Maintain and ensure that all administrative / filing systems are kept in order and up-to-date
  • Assist by providing administrative support for the preparation of accounting work, as needed
  • Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings (virtual or face to face), record and transcribe minutes as required
  • Understand and comply with all Health and Safety Environment rules and company policies
  • Arrange and manage any travel and accommodation arrangements as required
  • Maintain records of office supplies ensuring that the office is adequately stocked at all times
  • Take initiative to identify tasks to be completed and take action to achieve high standards of excellence

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least five (5) years’ experience in an similar administrative position
  • Diploma in Secretarial studies or University degree (BSc) in any related field will be considered an advantage
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills and ability to be proactive
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capacity to multitask and to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle internal and sensitive information with strictest confidentiality 
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office Package (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of virtual collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom, Skype for Business, WebEx, etc.)
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both verbal and written

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

An attractive and competitive remuneration package (including 13th salary and medical insurance) will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.
