A large global advisory and accounting firm are currently looking for an Insolvency Practitioner. The company is one of the largest in Cyprus as it continues to expand by providing premium quality professional services to a wide range of business from small to large international corporations.  Managed by a new generation of managers who are focused on holding the highest professional approach, this is a great opportunity for an Insolvency Practitioner to work with a multinational portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities

• Insolvency liquidation / Business restructuring / Loan facility advisory
• Advise on areas for business improvement
• Advise the effective management of cash and working capital by renegotiating existing finances
• Guide the business through the insolvency or winding-up process and explain legislation and timescales for legal procedures
• Providing professional advice to try to prevent insolvency
• Carrying out all statutory duties as required by law
• Providing regular reports to creditors on the progress of insolvency procedures
• Assisting in all aspects of engagements, which may involve taking possession of assets, operating insolvent entities and dealing with stakeholders

Requirements

• University Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/ or a related field
• ACCA or ACA is an advantage
• Greek and English are a must at business level
• Strong knowledge of MS office
• Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask
• Professional with a good communication skill
