- Support the director with any business needs
- Acting as the first point of contact
- Work according to the Director’s schedule
- Manage the Directors diary
- Arrange travel, transport and accommodation
- Remind the Director of any tasks and deadlines
- Document typing and filing
- Liaising with staff and clients
- Monitor and respond to the Directors emails
- Preliminary drafting of correspondence
- Plan and organise meetings
- Prepare material for meetings
- English to business level is a must
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative
- Strong time management skills
- Discrete and confidential mindset
- Efficient and self-motivated
- Good IT skills
