Company Description:

On behalf of our Client, operating in the Football industry, we are seeking to recruit a professional individual for the position of General Manager for Limassol.

Job Duties:

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will be overall responsible for the operations, for leading and implementing the objectives of the FC including strategic planning and for maximizing the financial performance. More specifically, he/she will be responsible for closely monitoring the expenditure, P & L, revenues and approving budgets and for recommending facility improvements/developments to the Board of Directors. Finally, he/she will be responsible for Managing the FC’s personnel, including the player and healthcare service providers. 

 Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Sports Management or in any other related field. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) will be considered as an advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in a management role, with a strong focus on operations management, within an acute football setting. A proven track record of delivery and success
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and the English languages
• Computer literacy
