Data Analyst 

SLS is a recruitment and HR Company providing Telesales services to CySEC regulated market.

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will be responsible for performing data analysis and communicate insights to various departments (including; risk, sales, accounting, compliance, dealing and operations) with primary focus on anti-money laundering monitoring algorithms, on-boarding solutions and compliance reporting. 

The successful candidate will also develop and implement database and data collection processes, design and deploy reports, dashboards and analytical systems that support evaluation of financial performance, drive, and support business decisions. 

Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to: 

• Collecting data from various sources, gathering/analysing for exporting outcomes, useful information and conclusions. 
• Developing and providing reports in daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly yearly basis 
• Responsible for insights, data interpretation and result analysis, after using statistical reporting systems. 
• Processing, filtering, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data analysis after reviewing specific guidelines and KPIs, ensuring the services are delivered timely and to the highest quality standards. 
• Develop, test and maintain analytical solutions, statistical models and algorithms to support anti-money laundering and compliance processes 
• Work close with management team to provide expertise consultation on system’s efficiency and needs of improvement. 

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications: 

• University degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Science/Engineering/Quantitative Finance 
• Familiarity with core statistical techniques such as significance testing, correlation, regression, distributions and visualization 
• 3 years’ experience data analyst in related industry (forex/online) 
• Proficient user of Excel (graphs, diagrams, pivots tables, formulas) 
• MT4 knowledge (advantage) 
• Strategic Thinking Mindset and problem-solving personality 
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills (data visualization tools, BI Techniques)
• The working hours: 09:00 a.m. – 18:00 p.m. [Monday – Friday] 

Salary: €1.300 - €1.500 gross [Depending on Experience]
