Our company is searching for an enthusiastic content strategist/researcher/creator who will lead and shape the company’s Marketing strategy from ideation to dissemination.

General Purpose

Develop the profile and standing of the company using all components of the marketing mix, including advertising, marketing collateral, and publications. Plan, direct and coordinate the marketing of the company’s products and/or service to identify potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;

  • Creating strategies for long & short-term growth and outreach in home-grown and user-generated content;

  • Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as brochures, blogs, teasers, presentations, etc.

  • Maintaining and updating the company’s website and promotional material

  • Planning and monitoring brand presence on social media and other growth channels;

  • Measuring the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools;

  • Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors;

  • Acquiring insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date;

  • Collaborating with other teams in the company and build strong internal and external relationships.

Skills and competencies

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in fields such as marketing, communication, journalism etc.)

  • Work experience: Minimum of 2 years in content and/or social media/digital marketing and Communications or PR company;

  • Excellent command over English and English grammar (both spoken and written);

  • Knowledge and experience of social media handling, content generation and marketing, SEO friendly writing would be an advantage;

  • Innovative, internet-savvy and well informed of internet trends

  • Self- motivated, creative, flexible, independent and be able to think out of the box;

  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best and emerging practices

  • Eager to learn and be a team player;

  • Detailed oriented, stick to commitment and fast learner;

  • Exhibit strong ownership, responsibility, and accountability for your projects and the end product;

  • The selected candidate will be offered professional development possibilities and will be on ongoing training related to Marketing, Sales as well as the offering or Corporate Services.
