Reporting to Team Lead, Customer Care Representative upholds three key pillars of Customer Care: world-class customer service, retention through satisfaction, and risk mitigation. Agents take inbound interactions by phone, chat and e-mail and focus on offering the best possible experience to our customers and businesses.

This opening is for the day shift (07:00am – 03:00pm). Two consecutive days off but no weekends

What you'll be doing:

• Responding to calls, chats and emails in order to service customers and studios and fulfill requests such as billing inquiries, website navigation and sign up assistance.
• Handling of simultaneous interactions to ensure responses are quick and professional
• Investigating the root cause of billing issues to provide cardholders with accurate information in resolving their billing inquiries
• Live monitoring of incoming purchases to prevent fraudulent transactions
• Prevent chargebacks and mitigate risk
• Logging accurate notes to provide a link between the customers, businesses and the team
• Ensuring all customers and studios are satisfied to increase customer loyalty

What you'll need to be successful:

Must haves: 

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computers and web browsers; capable of multi-tasking across multiple systems
• Ability to identify and solve problems independently
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); strong communication soft skills

Nice-to-haves: 

• Previous call center experiences an asset
• Conversational French, Spanish or German an asset
