Elysium Hotel is looking to recruit a Head Baker
- will ensure the smooth running of the Bakery in the most efficient and effective manner.
- S/he will deliver the highest possible standards of quality food, presentation and service through the effective development, training, management and leadership of the pastry’ human resources, equipment and provisions.
- S/he will be pro-active in maintaining and/or improving the department’s profitability in accordance with and Hotel policies, procedures and standards.
