Elysium Hotel is looking to recruit an Assistant Bars Manager
- will ensure that the Bars run smoothly and in the most efficient and effective manner, in the absence of the Bars Manager.
- S/he will ensure that guests receive the highest possible standards of service. S/he will also effectively develop and manage his/her department’s human resources, equipment and provisions.
- S/he will also be pro-active in maintaining and/or improving the Bars profitability in accordance with Hotel policies, procedures and standards.
