We are currently recruiting an English-speaking Senior HR Officer to join our team in Limassol. The successful candidate will take the lead of various HR activities.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Advertising job ads through various recruiting channels and HR websites.
  • Maintaining and updating HR databases and filing system.
  • Arranging interviews with potential candidates. 
  • Headhunting, interviewing and shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews with line managers.
  • Preparation of all necessary documents for new employees to comply with CySEC regulations.
  • Organising in-house and corporate events.
  • Liaising with various restaurants and shops for employee discounts and benefits.
  • Managing annual and sick leaves data for the company.

 
Key Requirements

  • Native English speaker or fluency in English is a must. 
  • A University Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, HR or any other related field.
  • Familiar with social media and comfortable with posting ads on social media platforms – plus 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS office application
  • At lease of 2 years of relevant working experience as HR officer
  • At least of 1 year in a forex industry
