Our company, a spin-off of the Federal Institute in Lausanne, is a leading actor in the field of building physics in the French-speaking Switzerland for 20 years. We are always in the cutting edge of innovation, developing new applications in energy simulations, costing of building refurbishment and creating decision aid tools for refurbishment investments, integrating the newest results of research.

We are a small team of motivated and high skilled people and we are installing a new branch of our company in Cyprus. The position is for the newly established Cyprus branch in Larnaca but the work will be closely coordinated with the engineers of the Swiss head office.

Main responsibilities

• Develop web and/or mobile applications or application components of existing software tools.
• Create user interfaces, calculation kernels, structure and populate databases of new software or new modules of existing software.
• Participate in international research projects developing software prototypes of new products.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in computer science (Msc).
• Passionate about web and mobile development, especially user interfaces, even without company experience but motivated to explore and learn.
• Good knowledge of PHP (Symfony 4 Framework is a plus), Javascript (React is a plus), MySQL, (iOS and / or Android are a plus)
• Ability to work in international collaborations
• Aware of environment protection and wishing to actively contribute to energy transition with computer science

Fluent English is necessary, knowledge of French is a serious plus.

• 1600 rough salary + 13
