MEDICAL AFFAIRS MANAGER - NICOSIA

On behalf of our client, a leading Group of Companies representing some of the leading multinational pharmaceutical companies in the Cyprus market, we seek to recruit a high calibre professional for the position of Medical Affairs Manager, to be based in Nicosia.

 

THE POSITION

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing scientific support and enhancing the strategy formulation for the pharmaceutical products of the Company.

More specifically, the responsibilities of the successful candidate will be the following, amongst other:

  • Provide scientific and clinical support for the Company’s products
  • Analyze scientific insights and draft medical affairs reports and deliver related presentations for internal and external purposes
  • Provide up-to-date medical and technical information in response to enquiries received from colleagues, healthcare professionals
  • Develop individualized and group training programs that address medical affairs issues
  • Liaise with the Pharmacovigilance Team to ensure that all related documents are up to date and accurate  
  • Oversee promotional and marketing material in order to ensure scientific accuracy
  • Support regulatory compliance related activities and liaise with the relevant authorities as needed
  • Manage external relationships with key opinion leaders within the scientific community, medical professionals, patient groups and authorities  

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Life Science related fields such as Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry
  • Doctor of Philosophy in any of the above fields will be considered as an advantage
  • At least three (3) years of experience in the Pharmaceutical sector, preferably in Medical Affairs
  • Strong medical research and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organisational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both written and verbal
  • Excellent computer literacy 

 

REMUNERATION

A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.
