Job description Job brief:

This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated and results-driven professional to lead, direct and manage the company’s sales.

Develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. The successful candidate reports to the Director of the Company.

Sales  Manager Responsibilities:

  • ·  Achieve growth and sales targets of the company.
  • ·  Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to

organizational objectives and apply/suggest improvements.

  • ·  Create and manage budgets and formulating policies to promote sales and profitability.
  • ·  Generate reports and presenting sales, revenue and expenses for optimization of costs and benefits.
  • ·  Develop, review, update and implement business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance and product development.
  • ·  Customer account management including negotiating contracts, pricing of all the accounts and preparation of the receivable policies.
  • ·  Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering, understanding and assisting on customers’ needs.
  • ·  Ensure the timely and successful delivery of company’s solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • ·  Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • ·  Liaise with external associates’ i.e suppliers, municipalities, and advertising agencies as required.
  • ·  Promoting and presenting the products of the company to current/prospective customers.
  • ·  Ensure compliance with local and international laws including Health & Safety and Data protection.
  • ·  Management of recruitment and training of sales employees .
  • ·  Set objectives, coach and develop the sales representatives to achieve productivity and targets.

General Manager Qualifications:

  • ·  Degree in Business Management and/or Masters in Business Administration or other relevant field.
  • ·  Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the field of sales and/or advertising.
  • ·  Familiarity with all business functions including HR, Finance, Customer service, Supply Chain and IT.
  • ·  Computer literate – Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • ·  Fluent in Greek and English languages.
