PAYROLL SOFTWARE SUPPORT - NICOSIA

On behalf of our client, a dynamic app and software developing start-up Company, we seek to recruit an experienced and high calibre professional for the position of Payroll Software Support, based in Nicosia.

THE POSITION

The successful candidate will report to the Director of the Company and will be responsible for resolving application issues that arise from the Company’s clients using the software. More specifically, the responsibilities of the successful candidate will be the following, amongst other:

• Provide ongoing assistance, advice and support to clients on issues regarding to the system
• Ensure the effective functioning of the clients’ payroll
• Consult payroll users on laws and regulations regarding payroll
• Provide on-site training to users, regarding the new designed applications
• Visit clients to obtain specifications / system requirements, analyse their needs and facilitate in the implementation of the system
• Resolve any clients’ enquiries and ad-hoc issues in an efficient and timely manner
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, achieving a high standard of customer service

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or in any other related field
• At least two (2) years of experience in executing payroll duties. Experience in providing payroll services to clients will be considered as an advantage
• Self- motivation with an ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively manage multiple high-level tasks
• Trustworthiness and high levels of professional conduct
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and very good IT skills
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both written and verbal

REMUNERATION
