Company Description:
On behalf of our Client, a well-established law firm, we are seeking to recruit a professional individual for the position of Office Administrator, to be based at our Client’s offices in Nicosia.
Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive and integrated secretarial and administrative support in a prompt and efficient way. More specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office on a daily basis, for coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies, for maintaining vacation, sick leave records, list of employees and filing of documents. Furthermore, he/she will be responsible for preparing reports, fax, scans and photocopies and for assisting colleagues whenever necessary.
Qualifications:
- A College Diploma or University Degree/Diploma in Office Administration or Secretarial Studies or in any other related discipline
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar position
- Previous experience working with a law firm or corporate environment will be considered as an advantage
- Proficiency in the English and Greek languages is a must
- Computer Literate (excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications)

Benefits:
The company offers a gross monthly salary of €850-1.000, based on qualifications and experience.
Working hours 09:00 – 17:00 (without break).
