General Duties / Requirements, including but NOT limited to:

SOFTWARE

• Extensive Network equipment configuration & Setup, L2 / L3, Vlans, Multicasting and routing
• In depth Configuration of multiple OS net equipment, RUCKUS, Mikrotik, Cisco, Meraki, Aruba,  Ubiquity, etc
• Configuration and Setup of Linux & Windows OS PCs and servers
• VM setup on Windows & Linux Systems
• IPTV and TV infotainment Systems, Digital Signage Systems and related Platforms Setup & Support
• IP PBX systems
• Extensive Remote and Onsite 1st,2nd,3rd level Support of active systems during and after office hours
• Business IT support
• Post Installation Support and Care
• Post Installation Monitoring – When Installation is over, the main engineer needs to access and assess in detail the system operation the following couple of weeks.

HARDWARE – PHYSICAL WORK

• All types of Installations, Cable Termination & Cable pulling when deemed necessary, Drilling, Fixing of devices to wall/cabinets, Installation of Equipment at customer premises, Data Centres, Cabinets + Cables, ceiling, roof tops and other areas
• Cable Termination of CAT6, Telephone, Antenna Coax, Fiber
• Cabinet / Server room cable management, clean and tidy installation
• PC / Server Built up and Repair
• Cable Pulling when necessary
• Roof top Installations / Support for WISP infrastructure

SKILLS:

• 3-6 Years of related work experience + degree or diploma in related field
• Real engineer – Understanding fully a system’s operation & providing real solution from A to Z
• Flexibility in Job Role, Following up company’s direction & needs
• Ability to Fully Support During & After office hours
• Ability to Travel abroad to complete installations / projects
• Ability to work abroad or away from home for days specific projects
• Ability to work overtime for completing major tasks or repairing faults
• Ability to operate under strict deployment time limits
• Ability to operate often under stressful environments & demanding customers
• Feeling Responsible in the Job role, solving issues, informing management
• Punctuality, operating under company hours and rules
• Ability to work on heights, up to 5 meter ladder/tower and roof tops
• Ability to drive Manual Car, Double Cabin , Transit VAN size
• Ability to Fully & Professionally perform all duties indicated under General Duties /Requirements
• Interest In Work Carried out, study the technology, research. Progress, sharing of ideas
