Our client, a Corporate Services Company in Limassol is looking to employ an experienced Compliance Officer and Corporate Lawyer.

Responsibilities:

• Incorporation, of different corporate entities in different jurisdictions
• Liaising with local and foreign banks for opening, operating and closing of bank accounts.
• Managing day-to-day operations of the legal and corporate department
• Drafting corporate and other documents, such as minutes, resolutions, POA's, registers, letters
• Drafting and reviewing various types of agreements/contracts, Trusts, Memorandum & Articles of Associations, Legal Opinions and advice on Commercial and Corporate Law.
• Communicating with clients with regards to their corporate needs
• Monitor and comply with all KYC and AML procedure with the applicable laws
• Prepares applications, notifications and records updates for CySEC
• Performing regular monitoring to ensure that standards are adhered
• Ensuring that all employees are trained on the latest regulations and processes
• Assist with the internal audit

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in law
• Experience 4+ years in AML/Compliance matters is required
• Holding of CySEC AML Certificate is considered an advantage
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Motivated, committed and disciplined
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
• Ability to Multitask
• Excellent command of Greek and English language both written and spoken.
• Very good knowledge of Patsoft software program will be considered an advantage
• Excellent computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)

Salary of 1,600-2,000 Euros gross X 13 months

The working hours are 8:30 - 18:00 Monday to Thursday with 1-hour break and Friday 8:30 - 14:30.
