Our client, a leading financial investment firm in Cyprus offering online trading of financial derivatives including Forex, CFDs and Futures OTC to individuals and institutional investors from over 80 countries worldwide, seeks to employ a Farsi/Arabic Customer Support Officer, for its Limassol headquarters. This position has shift work, on a weekly rotational basis. 

The Customer Support Department is responsible to interact with customers to provide and process information regarding inquiries, problems, and information needed by the customers. It provides and delivers professional, helpful, high-quality service and assistance from the customers. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Effectively managing the company chats, E-mails, and calls  
• Identifying and assessing customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
• Receiving and handling inquiries from new leads and existing clients through Phone Calls, Chat, E-mails, and Portal 
• Offering support to the lead/client within the specified time frame
• Updating CRM and keeping records of all communications and action have taken 
• Interacting with other departments to solve inquires raised by clients that require further investigation   
• Following up with clients and scheduling callbacks to ensure optimum results and customer satisfaction
• Following standard company processes and procedures

Your Profile:

• 1-3 years proven customer support experience
• Experience/background in Forex and the Financial Market is a plus
• Excellent command of the English, Arabic or Farsi languages, both verbal and written 
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong ability to handle clients over the phone and excellent active listener
• Ability to work under pressure and set the correct priorities on tasks at work
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible to work on weekly rotating shifts (morning/ afternoon/ night)
