Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily assistance in process of depositing to make sure money is in
- Choosing the best solution to deposit client based on country, risk and limits
- Whitelisting clients
- Promoting solutions based on priorities, approval rates
- Implementing solutions correct usage
- Reporting
- Problem solving and giving solutions on time
- Promoting Sharepoint for daily usage in sales floor
- Responsible for Electronic Verifications
- Verify KYC documents
- Liaise with compliance department in relation to KYC and AML requests
- Cooperating and updating sales team with the status of their customers’ accounts/requests
- Assist in any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
Key Requirements
- Ability to work in shifts. Monday to Friday 12 noon - 09 PM.
- Prior experience in the Forex/Fintech industry is a must
- Advanced Microsoft Skills
- Ability to grasp technical and financial concepts with ease
- Well written and spoken English
- Customer oriented, able to communicate efficiently with clients
- Ability to handle daily workload with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to details
- Planning and organizational skills
- Analytical and Assertive.
