CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and expanding provider of services to the Forex & Financial Services Sector, we are seeking to recruit a number of energetic, motivated sales-oriented Sales Agents to join their expanding team of professionals in Paphos. The successful applicant will have previous experience in a Sales or Customer Service capacity, ideally within the Forex/Financial Services and possess outstanding communication skills in English. Additional language skills will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

• First point of contact with clients.
• Building & maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
• Pitch and promote company products and services over the phone in an effective manner.
• Maximise all sales opportunities.
• Client portfolio management.
• Maintain and update client information on the in-house CRM System.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

• Sales or Customer Service experience.
• Experience in Forex / Financial services desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of any of the following languages will be considered a significant advantage: Spanish and/or German. 
• Characteristics:  sales oriented, positive attitude, outgoing personality, good work ethic and willing to go the extra mile to succeed.
• Good computer skills Microsoft Office.
