AAATrade is seeking a qualified, detail-oriented and organized IT Technician, who will play a key role in providing support for all areas of IT.

Main Responsibilities

• First point of contact regarding IT requests from the company
• Administering and supporting the Company’s IT equipment
• Assisting in all electrical and/or maintenance of the office premises
• Maintaining inventory of all IT equipment as per CTO guidelines.

Key Requirements

• Relevant IT experience of at least 2 years
• University/College degree in Computer Science or relevant
• Fluent in English
• Problem solving and detail-oriented
• Experience with active and passive network equipment
• Experience with Active Directory, VPN
• Experience with Access Control equipment, Surveillance equipment, NVR, PBX Servers, IP Phones
