Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating the Group’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives, monitor and
• direct the implementation of strategic business plans
• Develop financial and tax strategies
• Manage the budgeting processes
• Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team
• Oversee the financial operations of the parent and subsidiary companies and foreign operations
• Implement operational best practices
• Financial Management and Treasury Management of the Group’s Accounts, including but not
• limited to Cash Flow Management, Multicurrency accounts management etc.
• Organisation of the record keeping required by the legislation and regulation including safeguarding customer funds and third party assets
• Monitor the capital adequacy outlook of the regulated entity and advise management on additional funding requirements
• Responsibility for payroll, taxes and payments to the Companies creditors
• Preparation of the financial statements in accordance with IFRS (standalone and consolidated) including cooperation with the external auditors and other consultants
• Liaising with the Companies Banks
• Perform all other tasks, duties and responsibilities as set out in the Group’s internal policies,
• cooperate with other departments
• Perform other tasks upon the request of the Executive Directors

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years experience in a similar role, with at least 5 years spent in a similar role within a securities brokerage, Forex or CFDs international Group
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other relevant field
• Qualified ACA / ACCA / CPA with 7+ years post-qualifying experience
• CFA or MBA Qualification will be a plus
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, taxation and CySEC regulations
• Demonstrable understanding of broker / dealer operations
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Team player, self-motivated and ability to work effectively under a lot of pressure
• Fluent in English/Russian language will be a plus.
