A fast-growing hospitality management company based in Larnaca is looking for a self-motivated team player who is able to work in a fast-paced, yet casual environment.

This position is ideal for people who prefer flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Check-in and Check out clients to and from the properties
  • Property condition evaluation and feedback
  • Communication through emails and phone with the clients
  • Booking administration and scheduling
  • Communication with Housekeeping & Maintenance Team
  • Follow strictly company’s systems and procedures
  • Able to work 6 days a week
  • Able to work roster shifts

 Requirements:

  • Fluent verbal and written English knowledge
  • Any other language is a plus, preferably Russian
  • Google Drive and Microsoft Office knowledge is essential 
  • Professional, energetic with a positive attitude
  • Problem solver
  • Good with details
  • Commitment to excellence in customer service
  • Strong personality with excellent communication skills 
  • Driving license and a car is a must
  • Hospitality background for at least a year is preferable but not essential
