We at Livadhiotis, guarantee our properties for several years with property maintenance guarantee. We are very passionate about our clients receiving high standard properties, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and we always ensure that any small detail, problems and improvements are daily carried out.

Duties

  • General Customer service
  • Property quality control
  • Daily activities of job position
    • Visiting completed real estate projects (houses and apartments ) and checking for items that need improvement with clients and other members of team
    • Communication with maintenance team and various subcontractors so that they fix and carry out repairs
    • Communicate with customers who have taken delivery of their properties and  ensuring that properties are ok
    • Handling rental enquiries and viewings
    • Outdoor errands

 Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Greek Language
  • Excellent computer skills, MS office, Internet & Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver successfully under pressure
  • Ability to develop initiative

Candidates will be trained and guided into the new job responsibilities, and assisted into ensuring that the responsibilities and roles are carried our correctly
