Design Manager

Responsibilities:

• Design verification/optimization review of architectural, structural, MEP drawings
• Audit drawings of exterior consultants to verify compliance with authorities and company design requirements
• Manage external consultants and provide support and direction during the design and construction phase of project
• Propose alternative design solutions
• Provide design and quality control support to construction management teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Architecture, Civil / Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related fields
• At least 7 years previous experience in similar position
• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language, both oral and written
• Excellent knowledge of the laws and regulations relevant to the residential and commercial development in Cyprus
• Good knowledge of the procedures to apply and obtain planning and building permits in the various jurisdictions in Cyprus
• Knowledge of software: AutoCad 2D, MS Office;
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
