CNP Cyprus Insurance Holdings Group (“Group”), one of the largest insurance Groups based in Nicosia Cyprus, is seeking to recruit an ambitious and self-driven person for the position of Information Security Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and coordinate a formal Information Security Framework in line with best practices.
• Perform Information Security Risk Assessments and establish roadmaps to address risks.
• Define technical and non-technical Information Security Policies, Standards and Procedures and Guidelines.
• Identify significant trends and changes to the Group’s information security risks and, where appropriate, propose changes to the controls framework and/or policies.
• Manage the information security communication including regular reporting on the information security program.
• Develop and maintain the information security and cyber security awareness within the Group as well as deliver training sessions.
• Oversee / Monitor all Information Security Program Components and manage the Information Security Response Plan

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science or any other related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in information security or similar role.
• Proven technical experience across various technologies, platforms, operating systems, databases and network infrastructure.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CISA, is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge in all areas of information security.
• Strong information security acumen and sound judgment.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and strive for high ethical standards.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Very good communication, interpersonal, organisation and problem solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to work on multiple projects and under pressure.
• Relevant experience in Information Security Governance and ISO 27001.
• Excellent command of the English and Greek language.

Location 
The position is for the Client's offices in Nicosia.
