Our client, a well established company that operates in the construction industry is looking to employ a commercial data analyst

The responsibilities:

• Creates and monitors the procedures and tools for evaluating the performance of the Sales Department and other departments through analysis and reports.
• Study and reorganize the way the reports are designed and make suggestions
• Analyze sales data and through discussion with the Sales Manager and the General Manager to draw conclusions and make suggestions for increasing sales
• Provide regular information to sales team about their progress against group / individual sales targets by highlighting potential improvement points and opportunities per customer (wholesale or retail)
• Design and maintain reports of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on the needs and requirements of the sales department and the General Manager
• Monitor and support the effective implementation of the annual Sales & Marketing plan in the market as well as the business plan per channel (wholesale) through specific back-office monitoring procedures
• Conduct regular market visits to gain a "real perspective" on market dynamics
• Participate in meetings with the sales team in order to monitor and ensure the implementation of the agreed plan
• In collaboration with General Manager and / or the Sales and Marketing Director, to undertake adhoc projects, competition research, customer satisfaction research, finding new suppliers, organizing / coordinating events / strategic job development meetings, monitoring the marketing plan and evaluating its results

The individual:

• Acquiring a university degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Management, Economics or any other related field
• Up to 5 years of experience
• Analytical ability
• Business acumen and interpretation of results
• Computer literacy (knowledge of SAP will be considered an additional qualification).
• Advanced level of excel
• Fluency in Greek and English languages

• Organization skills
• Innovation and creative thinking
