The client
On behalf of our client, a company that manages Non Performing Loans (NPLs) is looking to recruit Resolutions Advisors for its offices in Nicosia

About the Role
The Resolution Advisor reports directly to the Team Leader or Supervisor. The role of the Resolution Advisor is to manage the financial claims through the negotiation with customers (debtors) in order to achieve the final settlement, always within the framework of the Code of Conduct and the existing regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Acts as an advisor to the customers in order to inform them on their options for settling the debt
  • Explains the settlement and payment terms
  • Manages customers objections and concerns and helps them to further understand their obligations and responsibilities, as well as the stage of legal actions
  • Decides on the right action when negotiating payments under the company’s management strategy
  • Maintains and updates customer information in the company’s systems and completes the necessary documents where required
  • Treats customers with courtesy, honesty, discretion and straightness


Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • University degree in economics, banking or other relevant field of study is desirable
  • 3 years of experience as a Collection Agent in a call center preferably in portfolio management or in customer service
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Arotron is desirable
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Results oriented
  • Team player

Location
The position is for the client's offices in Nicosia
