What will you be doing:

• Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting vacancy ads and managing the hiring process.
• Implementing effective onboarding & off boarding plans.
• Preparing information and reports to be provided to Payroll department.
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Managing data contained in the HR records ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
• Produce monthly recruitment reports for the HR Director.
• Assist in preparation of the employee’s documentation required for migration applications.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in similar position.
• Previous experience in Forex Industry will be considered as an advantage.
• University Degree in Human Resources, Occupational Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of Labour laws.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• The flexibility to work outside normal office hours as may be required from time-to-time.
• Must be able to multi-task and keep calm under pressure.
