Client Success Officer

MUFG Investor Services FinTech, a company based in Cyprus is looking for Client Success Officers to join our growing team. The successful candidate will analyse client requirements and data in order to facilitate the implementation and onboarding as well as to provide extensive support to clients and our Operations personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver solutions to facilitate business by analysing requirements and specifications.
• Collect and analyse client data and perform a GAP analysis against our in-house format requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (internal and external) to understand the business needs and complete an end to end analysis.
• Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new clients.
• Collaborate with the in-house teams to set up or configure our platform as per clients’ requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects, services, and enhancement to the relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports and communicate these to the stakeholders.

Ideal skills we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications or Computer Science.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a relevant field.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of computer systems financial operations and related industries will be considered an advantage.
• Strong project management, organisation, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Have, or be willing to learn, technical skills in web services, SQL databases to confidently discuss technical terms.
• Prior experience to the Financial sector will be considered an advantage.
