On behalf of our Client, a leading Forex company with offices around the world, we are looking for an International Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Handles client inquiries and ensures that high level services are provided
- Stays abreast with the latest developments, products, marketing promotions and the relevant terms and conditions, and communicates them over to clients
- Ensures compliance with the Company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures
- Produces relevant analysis and reports
- Provides suggestions on system enhancements
- Proposes and introduces new ideas for the improvement of the department’s operations
- Provides training and monitoring the performance of the team members
- Makes conscious efforts to keep team members motivated, committed and focused on their targets
- Holds frequent meetings with team members
- Contributes to team effort by achieving targeted results
- Cooperates effectively with other departments as necessary
- Spends significant time travelling abroad (up to 10 months per year)
Job Requirements
- University degree in any business- related field
- Fluency in English and Greek
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment
- Excellent people management skills
- Reliable, with integrity of character and strong business acumen
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, innovative and target oriented
- Strong computer literacy
