We are looking for a competent Corporate & Office Administrator to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative tasks of the Company. The position reports to the Finance & Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, multitasking professional, able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under specific timelines.

Responsibilities:   

  • Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the office
  • Acting as the first point of contact; dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Create and update records for courier dispatchments
  • Arranging of Board Meetings
  • Producing monthly reports
  • Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Ad hoc secretarial work

Requirements:

  • BSc degree, preferably in Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in similar role
  • Fluency in Greek & English is required
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge related to Registrar of Companies and KYC will be considered an advantage
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills, self-motivation and teamwork spirit
