We are looking for a competent Corporate & Office Administrator to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative tasks of the Company. The position reports to the Finance & Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, multitasking professional, able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under specific timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the office
- Acting as the first point of contact; dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Create and update records for courier dispatchments
- Arranging of Board Meetings
- Producing monthly reports
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Ad hoc secretarial work
Requirements:
- BSc degree, preferably in Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years working experience in similar role
- Fluency in Greek & English is required
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge related to Registrar of Companies and KYC will be considered an advantage
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, self-motivation and teamwork spirit
